Yes, the policy provides cover up to the value of a Customer's chosen level of cover; either $4,000, $6,000 or $8,000 cover.
If the rental vehicle company agrees that the damage caused by the first incident is less than the excess amount provided under the Rental Vehicle Excess (RVE) insurance policy either $4,000, $6,000 or $8,000 as chosen by the Customer), then a second incident may be covered up to the balance remaining.
