The Rental Vehicle Excess (RVE) insurance product provides cover for additional drivers who are specified as Nominated Driver(s), whose name(s) are set out on the Rental Vehicle Agreement.
The Rental Vehicle Agreement is the agreement between the person/s renting the car and the rental car company that is providing the car.
For travel within Australia, the $4,000 excess cover plan provides cover for drivers between 21 years – 75 years of age.
For travel within Australia, the $6,000 excess cover plan provides cover for drivers between 25 years – 75 years of age.
For travel within Australia, the $8,000 excess cover plan provides cover for drivers between 25 years – 75 years of age.
Age limits are as at the date of issue of your Certificate of Insurance for your RVE policy. For further details, please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
